Karen has a real passion for chandeliers and enjoys lovingly restoring each piece to bring it back to its full glory. Karen and her husband Colin travel to Italy and across Europe to find a whole range of Antique Chandeliers and Wall-lights. She works closely with prospective buyers to find the chandelier which will best suit their needs and it is important to her that her customers are fully satisfied with their choice.
Choosing Your Chandelier
Karen wants each customer who comes to Crystal Corner to enjoy choosing their chandelier and to be happy with their purchase. Each piece is special to her and she wants them to go to a home where they can be fully appreciated and enjoyed, and the whole process of choosing the right one to be a pleasurable experience. That is why we take particular care in helping our customers to choose the chandelier that is right for them.
We discuss your room size, ceiling height an decoration and if necessary we can take the chosen chandelier round to the house to try before purchase.
If this is not practical then we offer to exchange the chandelier should the customer get it home and decide it is not the right one for them.
